Sterling Bank and Trust Bahamas and bank officer Canadian David Kosoy now have over 20 complaints against them in the Central Bank of Bahamas.
There are only two possible motives for David Kosoy to withhold proper sales documents from the buyer after receiving the down payment.
They are…
1. His intention was and is, to steal $2,225,000 cash moved from 8ght LLC accounts in his bank and into various other accounts in and outside of his bank that he controls at his instruction by email.
Or
2. Sell with proper sales document and prove his intentions were and are not to steal these funds from a US Veteran owned company.
$42 miliion lawsuit already coming with asset freeze from another victim. A second class action lawsuit being formed.
David Kosoy also the officer of Sterling Organization in the US with its SCRED funds.
David Kosoy has been urged to make a choice and show everyone your intentions. Are you stealing, or selling real estate? Not providing the docs indicates stealing.
